摘要
海洋石油富岛一期燃气轮机SUVIMAC-Ⅱ控制系统于2008年1月大修期间实施改造。改造4a以来,整体运行平稳,但是因部分原设计程序与生产实际存在偏差,导致了几次燃气透平跳车事故。对此进行了认真地研究和分析,找出了原因并一一进行了改进。程序修改完善后,再没有出现类似事故,为装置的长周期运行提供了有力的保障。
The gas turbine SUVIMAC-II control system of the first urea plant in Fudao was transformed during overhaul in January 2008. 4 years passed since transformation, the unit operates smoothly, but several times of gas turbine tripping accidents occurred due to deviation in between partial original process design and actual operation. After failure reasons are found and the process design are modified, similar accident does not occure, it is provided a strong guarantee for long period operation in the urea plant.
