含丙二醇单甲醚污水分离工艺研究

Separation Process for Waste Water Containing Propylene Glycol Monomethyl Ether

根据一个项目的要求设计了一套共沸精馏的工艺流程,用于从废水中回收丙二醇单甲醚产品,并使用ASPEN PLUS软件对该流程进行了模拟。模拟计算结果表明,利用该流程可以有效地回收原料废水中丙二醇单甲醚,基本达到了项目要求。

According to requirements of the project, design a set of azeotropic distillation process to recycle propylene glycol monomethyl ether from waste water, and use the ASPEN PLUS software to simulate the process. Simulation results show that propylene glycol monomethyl ether can be effectively recycled from the waste water. So the process basically meets requirements of the project.
