摘要
以红花槭为试材,研究喷施不同浓度蔗糖溶液对其叶片叶色参数、花色素苷相对含量和叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,在蔗糖溶液的作用下,叶色参数L先加速上升后加速下降,而参数a则上升显著。喷施蔗糖溶液对叶绿素含量影响不大,对花色素苷含量有显著提升。其中,以0.2mol·L-1蔗糖溶液处理效果最好。
Acer rubrum were used in this study, after being sprayed with different concentrations of sucrose solution, leafcolor parameter( Lab), anthocyanin relative content and chlorophyll content were measured. The results showed that, with sucrose solution treatment, the leaf color parameters L first accelerated and then declined, parameter a increased significantly. There was less effects of sucrose solution on the chlorophyll content, however, anthocyanin content was significantly increased 0.2 mol·L-1 sucrose solution had the best effect.
