摘要
采用微生物法、酶联免疫法、高效液相色谱法同时测定鲜奶中环丙沙星的残留,结果表明:微生物法适合牛奶收储时抗菌药物残留的初筛;酶联免疫法能够较精确地测定奶中环丙沙星的残留,但其费用昂贵,高效液相法适合质监部门和大型企业应用。
The ciprofloxacin residues in milk were simultaneous determined with the microbial test method, Enzyme-Linked Immuno Sorbent Assay (ELISA) and High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). The result showed that the microbial test method was suitable for primary screening detection of antibacterial residues in the process of milk collection. The ciprofloxacin residue in milk was determined accurately by the method of ELISA, and the cost of ELISA test was more expensive. The method of HPLC for testing ciprofloxacin residue in milk was accurate and quick, it was suitable for applying in qualitative inspect branch and large enterprise.
