摘要
分析了低碳农业在减缓气候变化、保护生物多样性和农业生态环境等方面具有的正外部性,提出市场失灵是制约低碳农业发展的重要因素,建立合理生态补偿机制是低碳农业可持续发展的基础。
Analysis of low-carbon agriculture in the mitigation of climate change, biodiversity conservation and agricultural ecological environment has positive externality, market failure was proposed to restrict the low carbon agricultural development the important factors. To establish a reasonable ecological compensation mechanism was the foundation of sustainable development of low carbon agriculture.
