摘要 为建立高档干化葡萄酒的原料保障体系,保证其品质,进行了高档干化葡萄酒产区和品种选择研究。以天津和宁夏产区的气象资料为研究依据,通过热量、水分和光照等气候指标的比较,同时参考两地采收时的浆果理化指标来选择产区,通过全面分析赤霞珠和美乐葡萄浆果的品种特性来选择品种,认为宁夏产区的赤霞珠品种在中国最适宜做干化葡萄酒。 To establish the raw material security system of fine straw wine and ensure its quality, research the selections of grape region and variety based on the meteorological data in Ningxia and Tianjin.Selected the region by means of comparing the climate indicators of heat, water and light and referring to physical and chemical indicators of the grape of two regions on harvest and selected the variety through comprehensively analyzing berries’ and species’ characteristics of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot; and got a conclusion that Cabernet Sauvignon in Ningxia had better performance for producing straw wine.
