摘要
以苦荞麦芽、枸杞子和五味子为主要原料,以产品的感官为主要评定指标,通过正交试验,探索复合保健饮料的最佳配方。研究表明,复合饮料的最佳配方为苦荞麦芽汁70mL、枸杞子提取液15mL、五味子提取液10mL。所得产品酸甜可口、风味独特、营养丰富,适合各类人群饮用,尤其是中老年饮用的保健性饮料。
Make the bitter buckwheat buds,medlar and schisandra as the main materials,the through orthogonal test and sense assess for the main index to explore the best formula of the mixed health care beverage.The results showed that the best formula of the mixed health care beverage was bitter buckwheat juice 70 mL,medlar extract 15 mL and schisandra extract 10 mL.The health drink with sweet and sour taste,particular flavor and rich nutrition,it is also fit for all people to drink and especially wrinkly and old folks.
