摘要
通过显微镜观察对大丽轮枝黄萎病菌株进行初步分类,并对该菌种轮枝状分生孢子梗的形态进行详细描述,确认了微菌核的存在。筛选出快速鉴定该菌种的特异性引物Vd3/Vd4。同时,利用10对RAPD引物对实验菌株进行分析,结果表明,轮枝黄萎病菌种间存在着高度的遗传多样性。
Two groups were separated among five isolates of Verticillium dahliae by microscopic examination.The verticillate shape of conidiophore and microsclerotia,which is the main form of this fungus for overwintering was described in detail.A species-specific primer Vd3/Vd4,with which rapidly detect V.dahliae was identified.And the diversity in V.dahliae was evaluated with 10 pairs of RAPD primers.The result showed a high genetic variation in these isolates.
