摘要 脱硫过程中,醇胺溶液因原料气中含有一些杂质导致发生降解,主要产物为热稳定性盐。醇胺降解不仅降低脱硫处理能力和脱除效率,而且随着溶液中热稳定性盐含量增加,容易引起发泡,增大溶液损耗;同时由于有的热稳定性盐为酸性,还会造成设备、管线的腐蚀和堵塞,因此消除产生的降解产物,并使溶液重新复活成为脱硫装置面临的重要课题。简要阐述了目前常用醇胺MDEA降解过程和热稳定性盐形成过程及产生的主要影响,并对用于脱硫溶液复活的几种工艺进行了介绍。 During gas treating,alcohol amine solution are degraded as the existent of the impurities in gas.The main degradation products are heat stable salts(HSS).The degradation of amine solution leads to the decrease of desulfurization capacity and removal efficiency.As the content of heat stable salts is increasing,it may lead to foam and loss of solution.Meanwhile,as some of the heat stable salts are acidic,they may lead to corrosion and blockage in pipes and equipments.It is important to revive the amine solution to eliminate the degradation products.The degradation process of amine solution and the formation process of heat stable salts and its main influences are introduced.Reviews of several revival processes of alcohol amine desulfurization solution are presented.
