Research and prepare of a new pour point depressant for biodiesel

以甲基丙烯酸、高碳醇、甲基丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯等原料合成了具有α-羟基结构的甲基丙烯酸高碳酯的新型聚合物,并对其进行了表征和降凝效果的考察。结果表明,该类型化合物在加剂量为0.1%和0.05%的条件下可使棉籽油生物柴油和兰州炼油厂0#柴油的冷滤点分别降低5℃。

A new polymer methylacrylic acid high-carbon ester withα-hydroxy structure is synthesized by using methylacrylic acid,higher alcohol,2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate,et al.The characterization and freeze-point effect is studied.The results show that cold filter plugging points(CFPP) of cotton biodiesel and 0 # diesel produced from Lanzhou Refinery are reduced by 5℃respectively when the adding amount is 0.1%and 0.05%.
