摘要
胜任力模型是人力资源管理的重要工具,它把战略因素注入到员工的日常行为中,是对传统工作分析方法的重要补充。文章从目标、对工作的看法、关注焦点、时间定位、绩效的级别、衡量方法等6个维度对胜任力模型和传统工作分析进行比较,得出了传统工作分析可以与胜任力模型相结合的结论,组织采用这种方式可以达到引导员工的行为与战略目标实现相一致的目的。
Competency model is an important tool for human resource management,throwing strategic factors into daily behaviors of employees,which is an important supplement to traditional work analysis.This article,comparing competency model with traditional job analysis from purpose,view of the job,focus,time orientation,performance level and measurement approach,concludes that traditional job analysis can be joined with competency model and the critical purpose is to direct employees' behavior toward the accomplishment of the strategic objectives.
