From the synchronic perspective,＂Jie Guo＂ with its function divergence exists in a continuum of grammaticalization.This paper,by applying the theory of grammaticalization,synchronically describes the basic usage of ＂Jie Guo＂,concretely analyzes the manifestation and path in its grammaticalization,and gets the conclusion that analogy and reanalysis as the mechanism contribute to its grammaticalization,cognitive metaphor helps expand its usages,and this process reflects the figure salience and subjectivity of language in its semantic variety.
