摘要
升阳十七方”组方药多量轻,常用参芪术草甘温补气,配伍升柴二活辛温风药鼓荡升阳,佐以芩连苦寒微泻阴火,随证讲究补气药、风药、苦寒药三者用量比例。以方类析体现了东垣重益气升阳。
The number of medicines is more while the doses are lighter in the 17 prescriptions elevating the yang energy.Applying ginseng,milk veteh,large-headed atractylodes and licorice root to supplementing the ener gy,corresponding skund bugbane,Chinese thorowax,notopterygium and angelica to lift up the yang energy,adding skullcap and Chinese goldthread to slightly cool the yin fire,and the corporation of the three kinds of medicines is changed according to the syndromes.So the Dongyuan's application traits are supplementing the energy,elevating the yang emergy accompanied with cooling the yin fire.
