摘要
应用化痰活血通络法治疗糖尿病肾病82例,观察了治疗前后临床症状、肾功能、血流变、24小时尿蛋白定量及尿酶的变化。结果表明,治疗后24小时尿蛋白含量、全血还原粘度、K值明显下降(P<0.05),治疗总有效率达80.49%。因此,早期应用化痰活血通络法有利于减轻尿蛋白损失。
cases of diabetic nephropathy were treated by the method of dissolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation.It was observed for clinical syndromes,renal function,blood rheology,the contents of 24h urinary albumin and urinary NAG before and after treatment.The results showed that 24h urinary albumin,η r,K-V,decreased obviously ( P <0.05).Total effective rate reached 80.49%.It could reduce the urinary protein loss,improve the hypercoagulative status and delay the development of DN by early using of dissolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation method.
