摘要
在翔实而客观的室内试验、现场勘察、变形监测数据的基础上,本文分析了建在平均坡度约10%倾斜土层地基上一多层住宅楼发生8.9‰倾斜率的诱因。引发该住宅楼严重倾斜的原因包括:①地基的不均匀性;②地下水水位变化的影响;③相邻地段道路开挖使边坡处于稳定临界状态;④住宅楼单侧地基承载力降低。提出了纠偏补救措施建议。
This paper presents a case study about a low residential building with the maximum inclination ratio of 8.9‰ according to detailed and objective data from laboratory tests,site investigation and monitoring.The inclination causes are investigated for the building on non-homogeneous ground of supporting soils in average slope of about 10%.Rescue measures are recommended.The causes to initiate inclination of this building include: ①non-homogeneous ground;②groundwater level change;③adjacent fill slope in critical stability due to road excavation;④bearing capacity decrease on one side of ground.
