摘要 应用EBSD技术研究了Ti6321合金板材的织构特征,并对其力学性能进行了实验分析。结果表明:退火态的Ti6321合金板材横向屈服强度和抗拉强度均略高于轧向的,但塑性和冲击韧性略低于轧向的。该24mm厚退火态Ti6321合金板材织构的主要组分为{0111}<2110>、{2120}<3412>和{2021}<3414>,织构是造成板材力学性能各向异性的主要原因。 The texture of the Ti6321 alloy sheet was analyzed with EBSD technology and the mechanical properties was investigated.The results show that annealed Ti6321 alloy sheet possesses higher yield strength and tensile strength in horizontal than in rolling direction,but the plastic and toughness in horizontal were inferior to that in rolling direction.Its main texture{0111}2110,{3140}345/42 and {2021}3414contributes to this properties anisotropy.
