摘要
利用信效度分析并通过问卷收集的数据进行二阶验证性因子分析,认为高等体育院校篮球课程办学绩效包括科研能力、教学能力、事务性工作的完成能力和社会影响力4个测量维度。采用结构方程模型,对各构面的假设关系进行了路径分析,结果表明,篮球课程的科研能力、教学能力、完成事务性工作的能力对其社会影响力都有显著正向影响效应。科研能力对教学能力没有显著促进作用,科研能力和教学能力对事务性工作的完成能力有促进作用。
This study conducted a second order confirmatory factor analysis based on reliability and validity analysis combined with the data collected from questionnaire.Research ability,teaching ability,ability of completing clerical work and social influence were considered as the four measurement dimensions for quality and efficiency of basketball curricular.This research employed the structural equation model to conduct a path analysis on the hypothetical relationship among the four dimensions.The result showed that: 1) Research ability,teaching ability and ability of completing clerical work had significance positive effect on its social influence.2) Research ability had no significance promotion effect on teaching ability.3) Both research ability and teaching ability could promote the ability of completing clerical work.
