摘要
对罩棚仓内的包装粮堆进行五面薄膜密闭充氮杀虫,吨粮能耗为0.53 kW.h。在33℃~24℃粮温范围内,对不同低氧浓度下的膜内害虫成虫进行观测,氧浓度保持在5%以下25 d(其中,氧浓度从5%降至3%时间为6 d,2%以下维持时间为19 d),害虫成虫全部死亡。继续密闭30 d,不进行补气充氮,氧浓度保持5%以下,揭膜散气后扦样,未发现害虫。
By sealing grain bulks with pentahedral hermetical thin-films in weather board granary,pests control by filling nitrogen technology needed 0.53 kW·h of energy consume for per ton of grain.At the range of 33~24℃ grain temperature,adult insects were killed completely by observation insects in film at different low concentration of oxygen when the oxygen concentration kept less than 5% for 25 days,in which it took 6 days decreasing 5% oxygen concentration to 3%,keeping less than 2% for 19 days.After sealing for 30 days,no nitrogen addition and keeping oxygen concentration less than 5%,no live pests were found by check pests out of films.
