摘要
针对仪器法测定玉米脂肪酸目前还没有相应的国家标准,对仪器法进行非标准方法的确认。实验证明仪器法测定脂肪酸值结果有效。
So far,there has not been a corresponding national standards to determine the corn fatty acid by instrument method.The confirmation of non-standard method by this way could prove that it was effect to determine the corn fatty acid by the instrument method.
