均衡多针头静电纺丝场强的有限元模拟 被引量:5

摘要 针对多针头静电纺丝存在射流相互干扰和场强不均匀的问题,通过改变针头长度、间距及加压方式等参数,利用有限元分析软件对静电纺丝中无法直接观测的高压静电场场强进行模拟,并观察多针头静电纺丝场强分布规律,提出可有效控制多针头静电纺丝场强均匀性的方法:纺针套塑料管、各纺针施加不等电压、纺针不等长.结果表明:塑料管可以使得电荷集聚,从而增加场强,利于节能;额外加压、不等针长能够均匀场强;不等针间距对均衡场强的效果不显著. A novel method is addressed for solving the problems existing in multi-needle electrospinning process in terms of the interference among spinning jets and nonuniform distribution of electric field,where the finite element analysis software(ANSYS) is employed to simulate the invisible electric field and its distribution.The following methods are tried to effectively control the electric field and its distribution during multi-needle electrospinning,i.e.,applying plastic tube around needle,different voltages being applied to different needles,and using needles having different lengths,etc.The simulation results indicate that: The plastic tube around needle could lead to the concentration of the electric charges,and thus increase electric field intensity,favor energy saving and increase the electrospinning efficiency;relatively uniform field intensity could be achieved using the voltage additionally applied and neadles with different lengths;using different needle spacing(needle-to-needle distance) might not increase the uniformity of field intensity significantly.
