共轭凸轮打纬机构的刚柔耦合动力学仿真研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对织机中的共轭凸轮打纬机构进行刚柔耦合动力学研究.利用ANSYS分析软件生成模态中性文件,利用ADAMS/Flex模块导入ADAMS中,从而完成数据的双向传输.分析了柔性打纬摇轴的模态、振型等振动特性,并进行打纬机构刚柔耦合分析,对柔性打纬摇轴的共轭凸轮打纬机构的动态特性进行了研究.仿真结果表明:考虑构件柔性的情况下,机构的运动性能与刚体构件差别微小,但动力学性能相差较大.本文成果可为后续进行机构的运动精度分析及可靠性设计提供数据支持,为高速织机的设计制造提供参考. The rigid-flexible coupling dynamic research of conjugate cam in beating-up mechanism is carried out.Using ANSYS analysis software to generate the modal neutral file,using ADAMS/Flex module to import the file to ADAMS,thus the two-way transmission of data is completed.The vibration characteristics of beating rocker are analyzed,and the rigid-flexible coupling analysis of conjugate cam in beating-up mechanism is carried out.The dynamic characteristics of the flexible beating rocker in beating-up mechanism are studied.The simulation results show that in the case of considering flexible component,the different of sport performance between flexible component and rigid component is slight,but the different of dynamic performance is large.These results could provide supporting data to the following analysis of mechanism kinematics accuracy and reliability design.It has some guidance and practical value for design and manufacture of high-speed loom.
