小鼠肺腺癌LA795细胞系移植特性的初步观察

目的和方法：实验研究了小鼠肺腺癌ＬＡ７９５ 细胞系对不同品系小鼠的移植特性。结果与结论：ＬＡ７９５ 细胞皮下接种的Ｔ７３９ 和６１５ 近交系小鼠移植成功率１００％ ；其中Ｔ７３９ 小鼠肺转移率１００％ ，平均生存时间２６．５±５．３ｄ；环磷酰胺可显著抑制移植ＬＡ７９５ 细胞肿瘤的生长，ＬＡ７９５ 细胞在昆明种小鼠移植不能存活。

Objective and method:The transplantive characteristics of mouses lung cancer LA795 cell line to different strains of mice were investigated Result and Conclusion:The result showed that the successive rate of LA795 cells transplanted into T739 and 615 inbred mouse by subcutaneous inoculating is 100%. and the rate of transferring into lung of T739 mouse is 100% The survival period of infected mice was 26.5±5.3 days. The study also showed that cyclophosphamine in the stems and leaves of skullcap could inhabit growth of transplanted LA795 cells. LA796 cell can not survive in mice (Kunming strain)transplanted with these cells.
