胃肠间质瘤术后复发原因分析

Analysis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST) recurrence after surgery

目的:探讨胃肠间质瘤术后复发原因。方法:对417例胃肠间质瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:成功回访112例,复发率为66.1%(74/112)。胃食管间质瘤患者复发率高于小肠结肠间质瘤患者(55.1%vs 26.1%),肿瘤直径≥5 cm患者复发率高于直径<5 cm患者(67.5%vs 8.6%)。结论:胃肠间质瘤术后复发与肿瘤大小和发病部位密切相关。

Objective： To discuss the recurrence cause of GIST.Method： analysis the clinical data of 417 cases.Results： The 112 cases was follwed up successfully.The recurerce rate was 66.1%.The recurrence rate of gastroesophageal stromal was higher than the rate in intestine and colon（55.1% vs 26.1%）,The recurrence rate which tumor was greater than 5 cm was also higher than the tumor which was smaller than 5 cm.Conclusion： The recurrence rate of factors are the size and the location of the tumor.
