不同类型收入对扬州市农民消费支出的影响差异分析

On the Differences of Effects of Different Types of Income on Farmers' Consumption Expenses in Yangzhou

对扬州市2000-2009年数据实证显示:工资性收入增加会显著促进农民消费,财产性收入增加则对之产生负激励,而家庭经营纯收入和转移性收入对农民消费支出的影响不显著。这些影响差异缘于农民收入的增长性、稳定性和不确定性。收入增长性和稳定性能促进农民消费;收入不确定性则对农民消费产生不利影响。因此,巩固农民工资性收入的主体地位,克服家庭经营纯收入面临的障碍,尽快提高农民财产性收入,稳定增加转移性收入,以真正解决农民问题。

The empirical results of data from 2000 to 2009 in Yangzhou show that the consumption expenses of farmers can be enhanced clearly by the increase of wages income,but be influenced negatively by the rise of property income.The family income and transferring income have little effect on the consumption expenses of rural household.The differences are due to three important characteristics of farmers＇ income,i.e.growth,stability and uncertainty,among which the former two can expand the farmers＇ expenditure,but the uncertainty of income affects negatively.Therefore,it is essential to reinforce the status of wages income,to overcome the obstacle of obtaining the family income,to improve farmers＇ property income as soon as possible and to increase transferring income steadily so as to solve peasants problems completely.
