外商直接投资与山东省制造业升级的实证检验——基于地区、行业面板数据的分析

An Empirical Test of FDI and Manufacturing Industry Upgrading of Shandong Province——Panel Data Analysis Based on Region and Industry

首先对山东省制造业利用外资情况进行了概述,然后利用2002—2010年的面板数据分析了外商直接投资对山东省制造业产业升级的影响。理论研究表明,外商直接投资通过技术溢出能促进产业结构的优化升级。通过对分行业和分地区的数据进行回归后发现,外商直接投资对山东省制造业升级存在显著的正向溢出效应。对其影响因素进行进一步分析表明,市场开放度、市场竞争度和市场环境等因素对溢出效应的发挥有着重要的影响作用。

This paper firstly summarizes the utilization of FDI （ Foreign Direct Investment） in manufacturing industry of Shandong Province, and then, on the basis of the 2002-2010 years＇ panel data, analyzes the influence of FDI on the manufacturing industry up- grading of Shandong Province. In theory, FDI could promote industrial structure upgrading through the way of technology spillover. With the regression of each industry and each area in Shandong, it is found that FDI does have significant positive spillover effect. For further analysis of the influencing factors, it shows that market openness, market competition and market environment play very impor- tant roles for the spillover effects.
