摘要
技术结构要与产业结构相匹配,才能保证经济持续发展。技术结构可以通过改变供给结构和需求结构推动产业结构的升级。从中国相关经济数据分析发现,中国产业结构的升级没有激发技术结构的提升,而技术结构的不断改善促进了产业结构的升级。主要是因为中国主体技术现代化水平不高,未掌握核心技术,因此,主体技术通过技术融合向高度化转变的同时,还要提高非主体技术水平,缩小技术差距,改善技术结构,推动产业结构优化升级。
Matched technical structure and industrial structure is the guarantee of sustainable economic growth. Technical struc- ture can drive upgrading of industrial structure by changing the structure of supply and demand. By analyzing the economic data of China, it is found that, upgrading of industrial structure fails to inspire the improvement of technical structure, while the improvement of technical structure facilitates upgrading of industrial structure, which is, to a great extent, due to the low modernization of essential technology and lack of core technology. Therefore, in addition to upgrading essential technology through technology convergence, we shall also improve extra essential technology, shrink technological gap, perfect technical structure and drive upgrading of industrial structure.
