科技孵化企业特征及与非孵化企业的比较分析

Characteristics of On-incubator Firms and Comparative Analysis with Off-incubator Firms

以229家科技型中小企业为样本,通过实证的方法比较了位于孵化器内的科技孵化企业相对于外部同类企业的特征,探寻了孵化器在科技企业成长中的作用。比较发现:与非孵化企业相比,孵化企业具有更好的初始资源禀赋,创新投入较高,拥有更密切的产学研合作及多样化的融资渠道,但在创新产出、企业绩效方面并不存在显著差异。结果说明孵化器的筛选功能、网络服务功能得到有效发挥,但在促进创新产出、提高企业绩效方面还有很大努力空间。

Taking 229 technology-based small-and-medium-sized firms as the sample, empirical studies are conducted to analyze the characteristics of firms located on and off technology incubator in an effort to identify the added value which the technology incubator provides for the growth of technology-based firms. Some significant differences are found between the firms on- and off-incubator with respect to the initial resources, innovation inputs, university-industry-study collaboration and financing channel, while no significant difference is found in terms of innovation output and firms performance. The result shows that incubators can play positive role in filte- ring and networking, whereas have much room in promoting innovation outputs and growth of firms.
