摘要
本文运用局部可观察双变量probit模型和陕西洛川苹果重点生产县专业苹果种植户实地调研数据,对苹果园精细管理技术联立选择行为及其影响因素进行分析。实证研究发现:(1)作为果园精细管理技术体系的构成部分,苹果种植户疏密改形技术和土壤有机质提升技术的选择行为存在显著的互补关系;(2)除家庭特征外,技术环境是苹果种植户果园精细管理技术联立选择行为的重要影响因素。具体表现为,获取财政支持的种植户更偏好疏密改形技术,而拒绝土壤有机质提升技术;参与技术培训课时长的种植户更偏好土壤有机质技术,而拒绝选择疏密改形技术。这表明,现有技术培训环境和技术政策支持环境扭曲对种植户果园精细管理技术选择产生抑制性。
Based on a survey of the 303 apple farmer households in Luochuan,Shaanxi Province,this paper investigated the factors of simultaneity adoption of precision apple orchard technologies in the Bivariate Probit Mode which considers orchard density change and soil organic matter improvement for the joint decisions.The results revealed that(1) a household′s decision on improving soil organic depended significantly and positively on whether the same household reduced the orchard density,and the reverse causality,also,was significant;(2) the outcomes of technological environment,such as finance and training,were significant factors apart from household′s family characteristics in explaining variations in household′s technology adoption decisions,which was manifested as the household who had received the government financial support more favorite of density transformation technology and the household who had received more hours of training more favorite of soil organic matter technology and defiant against density transformation technology.In a word,the existing technical training environment and policy support distortion tended to produce a restrictive effect on the adoption rate of precision technologies on the part of households.
