掘进工作面临时液压支架的结构设计

摘要 煤矿机械化掘进工作面的超前支护,一直制约着掘进工作面的安全和效率。本文在总结多种超前临时支架特点的基础上,提出了一种全新的、具有很强适应能力的掘进工作面蠕动式超前临时液压支架的技术方案。这种蠕动式支架由程序阀控制,可随掘进机的掘进而不断前移。这样能够实现掘进与支护平行作业,既提高效率,又保证安全。 It has been restricted the safety and efficiency of tunnelling working surface that the preceding support of tunnelling working surface in mechanized mine. Based on the summary of kinds of preceding support, this paper put forward a kind of technique plan of leading temporary creeping hydraulic support, it is whole new and has strong adaptability. This creeping hydraulic support is controlled by sequence valve. It can keep moving ahead along with mining roadheader driving. So this can realize parallel working between driving and support, both enhancing efficiency greatly and making sure safety.
