摘要
通过对目前电动机节能方式的分析,提出了利用单片机89C52为控制核心,根据电动机负载变化,实时检测电动机功率因数,调整电动机定子端电压的控制方案,以达到提高功率因数、节约电能的目的。同时,给出了功率控制器的硬件和软件的设计方法。通过该方案的控制,系统可以实现电动机的软启动及过载、断相、欠压等的全方位监测。
By studying on the motor' s economical running conditions, the paper proposes the control proposal that the Single - chip Microcomputer 89C52 is the control heart, the motor' s power factor is tested in real time and the voltage of stator is adjusted according to the change of motor' s load. Though the proposal carried out,the power factor is improved and the electric energy is saved. Meanwhile the paper explained the controller' s software and hardware principles. Controlling the motor by using the proposal can monitor the motor in all domains, such as starting, over -load, power cut and not enough voltage, etc.
