摘要 本文论述了承认初始缺陷的断裂力学理论,针对工业厂房的重级工作制钢吊车梁,引入线弹性断裂力学理论对带裂缝钢吊车梁剩余疲劳寿命进行评估,将评估公式中具有很大不确定性的参数看作是服从一定概率分布的统计量,从而使估算出的疲劳寿命更接近实际情况.通过实例验证,采用概率断裂力学方法,能够对钢吊车梁剩余疲劳寿命做出合理的预测. The fracture mechanics theory that admits the initiat oetects were presented mechanics is introduced to asses the residual fatigue life of steel crane beam. Due to the uncertainty of parameters in assessment formula, parameters are deemed as certain probability distribution, and then the result of assessment is closer to actual situation. Verified by examples, probabilistie fracture mechanics can evaluate residual fatigue life of steel crane beam reasonably.
