摘要
水轮发电机组的振动很多是由于转子质量不平衡造成的,开展动平衡试验是水轮发电机组启动试验的一项重要内容。本文首先介绍了动平衡试验的方法和关键技术,并对转子进行了有限元动力特性计算,分析了试重块加在转子不同端面时对平衡效果的影响,提出了相对于不同转速、不同尺寸特征的转子动平衡试验适合的配重方案。然后对土耳其YAVUZ电站2号机组进行了动平衡试验,准确找到了不平衡质量的相位并通过加试重块确定了最终的配重量,有效地改善了机组的振动和摆度过大的问题。
Vibrations of hydroelectric unit are often caused by unbalance of rotor weight,and to a unit at its starting test stage,dynamic balance test is an important work.This paper demonstrates the method and key technology of such test,and through finite element dynamic analysis on the rotor,analyzes the balance influence that is caused by an added weight on different planes of the rotor.Then a balance weight plan is proposed for different speeds and different dimension features of the rotor.A dynamic balance test was carried out on the unit 2 of YAVUZ hydropower station in Turkey.In this test,the phase of unbalance weight was exactly detected and confirmed,and the vibration and swing problem of the unit was solved by adding balance weight to the rotor.
