摘要
运用物元分析模型理论,建构了工程项目风险因素评价指标,分为目标层、准则层和指标层三个层次。并通过某房地产项目为例对该模型进行实例分析,验证了该模型在项目的风险管理中的准确性和实用性。得出运用物元分析模型对工程项目进行风险评价,可提高建设各方的风险防范能力,降低工程项目风险。
Based on the introduction of matter-element analysis theory, this paper constructs the risk assessment index system of engineering project and divides into three layers, target layer, criterion layer and in- dex layer. On this basis, taking a real estate project as an example, the paper validates the accuracy and practicality of model in the possess of risk management. Such research can enhance the risk prevention a- bility of construction parties and can reduce the project risk by using matter-element analysis theory.
