The Teaching Secretary Working Method in University Based on Medical Idea of "Zero Defect"

分析了高校教学秘书在教学管理过程中产生差错事故的原因,结合教学秘书的工作特点,基于医疗"零缺陷"理念,提出教学秘书避免差错事故的工作方法,以提高其管理水平和工作质量。

This paper analyzes the causes of errors which are made by teaching secretary in the teaching management, combining with the working characteristics of college teaching secretary. Then the article puts forward the methods to avoid errors in the work based on medical ideal of ＂zero defect＂ in order to im- prove the teaching management level and working quality.
