外周神经损伤疼痛的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 疼痛是种常见的自觉症状,是机体一种自我保护反应,任何形式的刺激,只要达到一定程度,超过痛阈,即可引起疼痛。国际疼痛研究会确认神经病理性疼痛(NPP)定义为:由于外周或中枢神经系统的直接损伤和功能紊乱而引起的疼痛。神经病理性疼痛往往由外周神经损伤所导致,主要表现为:1)自发性疼痛,如外伤、肿瘤、烧伤、病毒感染、糖尿病和化疗药物等多种原因引起神经损伤,从而引起的疼痛;2)痛敏(hyperalgesia),就是痛反应增强;3)痛超敏(allodynia),指痛阈显著下降[1]。
