摘要
职业导师制培养模式能有效传授教学实践能力的默会知识,对师范院校本科生培养具有重要的借鉴应用意义。贵州师范学院经济与政治学院对这一培养模式的实践探索,取得了良好的效果。
The training model of tutorial system can effectively teach the tacit knowledge of teaching practice ability,has important significant for undergraduate training.The practice and exploration of School of Economics and Political Science of Guizhou Normal College to the training model has achieved good results.
