摘要
文章阐述了当前由于法律法规不健全、不完善等原因,使得一些企业在劳务派遣用工中产生了一些问题,并从树立新观念、健全法律法规、加大劳动监察执法力度等方面提出了相应的解决措施。
This article elaborates on the reality of imperfect laws and regulations,which gives rise to some problems in labor dispatch.In addition,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the perspectives of establishing new conception,perfecting laws and regulations as well as enhancing supervision and law enforcement.
