高职院校服务外包人才培养模式研究——基于南通市服务外包业发展的思考

A Study of the Mode of the Cultivation of Service Outsourcing Talents in Vocational Colleges——Based on the Development of Service Outsourcing Industry in Nantong

文章从南通市服务外包业发展情况出发,说明了服务外包人才的特点,并在此基础上阐述了高职院校服务外包人才培养的构建模式,以积极适应服务外包企业的需要,培养与南通服务外包业发展相匹配的应用型、实践型、创新型外包人才。

Based on an analysis of the development of service outsourcing industry and the features of talents of this industry in Nantong,this article elaborates on the construction mode of the cultivation of talents in vocational colleges so as to adapt to the requirements of the enterprises and cultivate application-oriented,practice-oriented and innovation-oriented service outsourcing talents as well.
