摘要
目的 了解病毒性心肌炎 (VM)的心功能改变及相关因素。方法 对 15 2例病毒学确诊的心肌炎患儿测定其心功能 ,并分析心功能改变与抗心肌线粒体和心肌酶之间的关系。结果 超声心动图检查 ,VM患儿每搏射血指数显著低于健康儿童 ;左室侧壁射血分数、室间隔射血分数和左室射血率显著低于健康儿童 ;二尖瓣环收缩运动和舒张早期运动速度显著低于健康儿童。心功能下降与抗心肌线粒体抗体阳性与否无关 ,肌酸激酶同功酶(CK -MB)增高者心功能降低者多于CK -MB正常者。结论 部分VM患儿心功能降低 ,心功能降低与CK -MB增高与否有关 。
Objective To realize the changes of heart function and the related factors of CoxB viral myocarditis.Methods The heart function of 152 cases with CoxB viral myocarditis was measured and the relationship between heart function and cardiac enzyme of creatinin kinase(CK-MB) and anticardiac mitochondria antibody(ACMA) was amalysed.Results Stroke index(SI) ejection fiaction of lateral wall of left ventricle,ejection fraction of interventricular septum,systolic and early diastolic movement velocity of mitral valvular ring were lower in viral myocarditis than in normal children.Heart function decrease was related to the CK-MB level and was not related to the ACMA.Conclusion Heart function decrease in some patients with viral myocarditis.The decrease of heart function was related to the CK-MB level and not related to the ACMA.
