肛门直肠畸形术后患儿行为问题的研究

Behavior problems of children with anorectal malformation

目的 探讨肛门直肠畸形术后患儿行为问题的状况。方法 随访 6 7例肛门直肠畸形术后患儿 ,在肛门功能临床评分基础上应用Achenbach’s儿童行为问题量表调查其行为问题状况。结果 6 7例肛门直肠畸形术后患儿中 ,13例 (19 4% )存在行为问题 ,显著高于对照组。 9例重度便失禁 (肛门功能临床评分 0～ 2分 )患儿中 ,6例存在行为问题 ,明显高于其他患儿。结论 严重便失禁影响肛门直肠畸形患儿行为问题 ,应进行长期随访 。

Objective To investigate behavior problems of children with an operated anorectal malformation.Methods 67 children with an operated anorectal malformation were investigated with regard to behavior problems by using Achenbach's Child Behavior Check List(CBCL) in relation with clinical assessment of anal function.Results The behavior problems in children with anorectal malformation(13/67,19 4%) were significantly higher than that of the controls(4/61,6 6%).In 9 children with severe fecal incontinence(scores 0～2),6 children had behavior problems.It is significantly higher than that of other children.Conclusion Severe fecal incontinence have influence on behavior problems of children with anorectal malformation.They need long term follow-up to improve their quality of life.
