初次全膝关节置换系列讲座(二) 初次膝关节置换术中股骨与胫骨侧截骨的基本技术 被引量:2

摘要 在第一期人工膝关节置换术系列讲座中,主要介绍了初次膝关节置换术的手术适应症、术前准备及入路选择。在此基础上,本期讲座的内容主要涉及初次膝关节表面置换术中股骨髁、胫骨平台的基本截骨技术。一、软组织松解平衡在使用标准的方法暴露膝关节内部的结构之后。
