摘要 以高压加氢裂化装置为例,根据各单元的功能,将装置划分为7个危险区域,对各区域发生火灾或爆炸事故的条件进行了分析。利用SAFETI软件对事故进行模拟,并根据事故影响范围数据提出了相应的安全措施。 Taking the high pressure hydrogenation cracking plant as example,the plant was divided into 7 areas with potential hazard according to functions of each unit,and analysis was made on conditions of occurring fire or explosion accident in each area.Simulation was made for the accidents with SAFETI software,and corresponding safety precaution measures were raised based on data of accidents'affecting region.
