摘要
随着炼油厂油品生产要求的提高,氢气的需求量越来越大,有必要优化氢气网络以降低生产成本。采用线性目标规划法,选取国内某炼油厂作为实例,考虑氢气纯度、流量和生产成本等因素,分析炼油厂生产的不同工况,编程优化氢气网络分配。
With the increasing of production requirements on oil products in petroleum refining plant,the demand of hydrogen is increasingly high,so it is necessary to optimize hydrogen network to reduce production cost.This paper selected a domestic refining plant for case study,adopted linear objective planning,analyzed the different operation conditions of refining plant with consideration of hydrogen purity,flow and production cost,optimized the hydrogen network allocation through programming.
