摘要
目的 :探讨运动及其恢复期呼吸方式改变与氨茶碱的影响。方法 :正常男性 2 2例 ,分别于静脉注射氨茶碱前后作极量运动试验 ,运动及其恢复期呼吸参数用能量代谢仪连续测定。以运动及其恢复期VT作为横座标与 ·VE作为纵座标作图 ,比较运动及其恢复期呼吸方式的改变。结果 :运动及其恢复期呼吸方式基本相同 ,有 4例 (4/ 2 2 )△VT轻度增加 ,达到 2 %以上 ;氨茶碱注射后△VT明显下降 ,有 5例△VT <- 2 %。△VT与 ·VEmax、·VO2 max、·VO2 max/预计 ·VO2 max、HRmax、SaO2 min、VTmax、EqO2 max、EqCO2 max等无明显的相关性。在 ·VO2 max/预计 ·VO2 max >0 .92与 <0 .92之间 ,△VT无明显的差异。结论 :运动及其恢复期呼吸方式基本相同 ,常规剂量氨茶碱能改善运动和恢复期呼吸方式。
?Objective:To investigate changes of breathing patterns and influences of aminophylline in normal subjects during and after maximal exercise.Methods:Twenty two normal middle aged and aged subjects performed maximal exercise with workload increasing 10 watts every minute upto being exhausted.Respiratory parameters were continously measured by Sensor Medics Energy Measurement(No.2900co) before and after aminophylline administration intravenous and printed out automatically by computer every 20 seconds during and after exercise.Breathing patterns during and after exercise were examined using the plot with tidal volume(VT) on the abscissa and minute ventilation(AV·UE) on the ordinate.Results:Although breathing patterns of all the subjects during and after exercise were similar,recovery VT in 4 of 22 subjects was 2% of VC less than exercise VT for the same AV·UE.Aminophylline could significantly decrease △VT and make recovery VT being 2% of VC larger than exercise VT in 5 subjects.There were no significant relationships between △VT and AV·UEmax,AV·UO\-2max,AV·UO\-2max/predicted AV·UO\-2max,HRmax,SaO\-2min,VTmax,EqO\-2max,or EqCO\-2max.In those with workloads larger or less than of 92% of AV·UO\-2 max/predicted AV·UO\-2max,△VT was not different.Conclusions:Rapid shallow breathing during exercise recovery may be related to inspiratory muscular fatigue.Common dose aminophylline can improve breathing patterns during and after exercise.
