肝硬化患者的红细胞免疫功能

Red cell immune function of the patients with liver cirrhosis

目的 :探讨肝硬化患者红细胞免疫功能的变化。方法 :应用免疫学技术测定 31例肝硬化患者红细胞C3b受体 (C3bR)花环试验和免疫复合物花环试验 (IC)及红细胞免疫粘附 (RCIA)调节因子 (RCIA促进因子和RCIA抑制因子 )活性的测定 ,并与 35名健康者作对照。结果 :肝硬化患者C3bR花环率低于正常组 ,而IC花环率高于正常组 (P <0 .0 1) ,RCIA抑制活性明显高于正常组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :测定肝硬化患者的红细胞免疫功能 ,对了解其免疫状态具有一定的临床价值。

?Objective:To study the change of red immune function in patients with hepatocirrhosis.Methods:C3bR rosette,immune complex(IC) rosette,activity of red cell immune adhesion regulation factors(RCIA) including promotive and inhibitory factors were measused in 31 cases with hepatocirrhosis and 35 normal controls.Results:C3bR in patients was lower than that in normal controls,but both the IC rossette and activity of RCIA inhibitory factors in patients were higher than those in the normal controls( P <0.01 and P <0.01).Conclusions:The result shows that the detection of red cell immune function has important value in understanding the immune state of hepatocirrhotic patients.
