慢性紧张型头痛气血亏虚候中医综合治疗方案卫生经济学评价

Health Economics Evaluation in Comprehensive Therapy in the Treatment of Chronic Tension-Type Headache of Qi-Xue-Kui-Xu Type

[目的]对不同治疗方案治疗慢性紧张型头痛(CTTH)气血亏虚候患者进行成本-效果方面的卫生经济学分析。[方法]将80例CTTH气血亏虚候患者随机平均分组,采用析因设计,分别给予一般治疗、针刺+一般治疗、中药+一般治疗和中药+针刺+一般治疗,共观察28d,治疗结束后进行成本-效果分析及敏感度分析。[结果]成本-效果分析显示,每取得1%的有效率以上四组分别需成本8.78元、11.87元、11.17元和15.78元;与一般治疗组相比,后三组每多增加1%的有效率需增加的费用分别为16.00元、14.37元、22.78元;敏感度分析表明成本-效果分析的结果稳定可靠。[结论]中医综合治疗方案起效速度更快、有效率更高,在经济条件允许的情况下,少量的增加投入能获得更多的收益。

[Objective]To observe the differences in cost-effectiveness between the non-medicine therapy,acupuncture treatment,traditional chinese medicine and comprehensive therapy in the treatment of chronic tension-type headache（CTTH） of qi-xue-kui-xu type.[Methods]With factorial design,80 patients with tension-type headache of qi-xue-kui-xu type were randomly divided into non-medicine therapy group（n=20）,acupuncture treatment group（n=20）,traditional chinese medicine group（n=20）and comprehensive therapy group using both acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine（n=20）.Cost-effectiveness and sensitivity analysis were observed after treated for twenty-eight days.[Results]Respectively,four groups need 8.78 yuan、11.87 yuan,11.17 yuan and 15.78 yuan to obtain 1% availability;compared with non-medicine therapy group,the other three groups need 16.00 yuan、14.37 yuan,22.78 yuan to increase 1% more availability,respectively;the sensitive analysis suggested the results of cost-effectiveness analysis were stable and reliable.[Conclusion]Comprehensive therapy group had a rapider onset and higher availability.A slight increase in investment could obtain more revenue.
