老庄是道家思想的代表人物,"道法自然"思想是老庄思想的核心所在,表现出尊重自然、依循规律和崇尚自然道德的行为选择,有着深刻的养生学意义。中医学中的"治未病","和于四时阴阳",形神共养,调摄精神等养生思想的建构都与老庄"道法自然"的思想有着密切的关系。
