王连志教授软坚解毒为主治疗动脉粥样硬化

The Ruanjian Jiedu Decoction Treating the Atherosclerosis of Professor WANG Lian-zhi

王连志教授从事中医临床工作几十年,根据多年的临床观察结合古代医学对相关证候的论述,提出软坚解毒为主治疗动脉粥样硬化的方法,认为动脉粥样硬化的发生是由于各种原因导致气机郁滞,郁久化热,火热痰瘀互结、瘀久成积,积于脉络而引起,同时积而成块也是动脉粥样硬化的病变产物。通过研究动脉粥样硬化发生发展的过程,提出软坚解毒、化痰祛瘀的治法,治疗动脉粥样硬化,治疗用药由鳖甲、三棱、山楂、黄芩、松针、海藻等组成,其通过临床观察,取得了很好的临床疗效,从而验证了王连志教授提出以软坚解毒为主的治法是治疗动脉粥样硬化的有效方法之一,为治疗动脉粥样硬化开辟了新途径。

Based on the several decades ＇ Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） clinical experiences and under the conduct of the TCM basic theories,Professor Wanglianzhi presented that the Atherosclerosis can be mainly treated with the therapy of Ruanjian Jiedu decoction.Because the disease is caused by Qi stasis syndrome,heat stagnation,phlegm and heat pathogen which could induce the obstruction of meridians and cause the Atherosclerotic Lesion.And the treatment of Ruanjian Jiedu decoction and eliminating blood stasis and dissolving phlegm by Chinese Medicine is Biejia,Sanleng,Muli,Shanzha,Huangling,Songzhen and Haizao that also be effective during the clinical effect.Therefore,the therapy of Ruanjian Jiedu decoction as a new way is one of the most effective treatment of the Atherosclerosis.
