健脾益气消积汤治疗儿童哮喘合并反复呼吸道感染随机对照临床研究

Randomized Controlled Clinical Study of JianPiYiQiXiaoJiTang in Bronchial Asthmatic Children Combined with Recurrent Respiratory Infection

[目的]观察健脾益气消积汤治疗儿童哮喘并反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。[方法]将60例哮喘并反复呼吸道感染的患儿随机分为两组,观察组30例给予健脾益气消积汤治疗,对照组30例给予布地奈德雾化吸入,治疗6个疗程,随访6个月,比较主症及次症的治疗情况。[结果]观察组患儿主症改善包括呼吸道感染、哮喘发作、发热、咳嗽明显优于对照组(P<0.05),另外免疫球蛋白水平及T细胞亚群明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿在次症中如气短、出汗、面色、食欲、舌象等方面较对照组患儿改善明显(P<0.05)。[结论]健脾益气消积汤可减少哮喘并反复呼吸道感染患儿主症的发作次数,提高其免疫功能,并可改善次症中的某些方面。

[Objective]To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of JianPiYiQiXiaoJiTang in bronchial asthmatic children combined with recurrent respiratory infection（RRI）.[Methods]A randomized control trial was designed.Sixty children with ashtma combined with RRI were randomly divided into two groups.the observant group received JianPiYiQiXiaoJiTang and the control group received inhaled corticosteroids.Compare patients＇ symptoms,episodes of RRI and asthma,the T lymphocyte subsets measurements and the adverse events were recorded in the following 6 months.[Results]Compared with control group,the number of episodes of respiratory infections and asthma exacerbations significantly reduced;the days of fever,cough significantly reduced in observant group.Observant group has obvious advantages compared to control group,especially in improvements of shortness of breath,sweating,pale,appetite,tongue,and has statistical significance.[Conclusion]JianPiYiQiXiaoJiTang has significant therapeutic efficacy in asthma combined with RRI in children.
