黄芪颗粒治疗支气管哮喘67例

Treating 67 Cases of Bronchial Asthma with Astragalus Granule

[目的]观察黄芪颗粒治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。[方法]67例患者以黄芪颗粒为主方加减治疗。[结果]治疗2个疗程(14d),临床控制31例,显效23例,有效7例,无效6例,总有效率91.00%。对临床控制和显效的54例患者继续治疗2个疗程,并随访1年,临床治愈18例,显效29例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率96.00%。[结论]黄芪颗粒为主方加减治疗支气管哮喘疗效满意。

[Objective]To observe effect of treating bronchial asthma with astragalus granule.[Method]67 patients with Radix Astragali particles mainly Decoction treatment.[Results]2 courses of treatment（14d）,31 cases were clinically controlled,markedly 23 cases,effective 7 cases,ineffective 6 cases,the total effective rate was 91.00%.The clinical control and effect of 54 patients to 2 courses of treatment,and follow-up of 1 years,clinical cure 18 cases,markedly 29 cases,effective 5 cases,ineffective 2 cases,the total effective rate was 96.00%.[Conclusion]Treating bronchial asthma with astragalus granule satisfactory effect.
